Feeding Hope, One Bag at a Time
Each year, MCM Phoenix team members volunteer at St. Mary’s Food Bank, assembling emergency food bags for families in need. Their annual Thanksgiving food drive alone supports over 1,500 individuals, ensuring that no one goes hungry during the holiday season.
In response to Arizona’s intense summer heat, the team also organizes a spirited water drive, collecting nearly 6,000 bottles annually to support the local homeless population. This initiative, now a nearly 20-year tradition, reflects the team’s enduring commitment to health and dignity for all.
Empowering the Next Generation
MCM Phoenix is passionate about helping children and families thrive. Seasonal donation drives provide essential school supplies, children’s books, backpacks, and professional attire for women re-entering the workforce. The annual Toys for Tots campaign brings holiday joy to more than 100 children each year.
Through a partnership with Junior Achievement, MCM Phoenix volunteers are also helping fifth and sixth graders develop lifelong financial literacy skills. In 2025 alone, volunteers have contributed over 150 hours to the program.

The team’s involvement with Habitat for Humanity goes beyond construction. Seasoned volunteers mentor colleagues, sharing skills and fostering lasting connections. As Cheryl Hall, Employee Experience Manager, notes, “Connecting with someone directly gives me a real sense of purpose.”
